Role Overview: As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in driving our business forward by engaging with both potential and existing customers. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service while ensuring our clients’ needs are met with personalized solutions. Your efforts will directly impact our customer satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities: ● Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential customers to effectively pitch our courses and services, showcasing the value we bring to their lives and businesses. ● Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by following up on dues, ensuring timely payments, and providing support as needed. ● Customer Insights: Collect essential customer data and information, contributing to a more tailored and efficient service experience. ● Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to courses and services with a solutions-oriented approach. ● Accurate Record-Keeping: Document all sales activities, calls, and customer interactions in detail, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible for future reference. ● Database Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain our customer database to ensure it reflects the most current and accurate information. ● Consultative Sales: Suggest solutions that are best suited to the customer’s needs and aspirations, guiding them to the right products and services.
