Telemarketing Manager

Team Leadership and Management Recruit, train, and supervise telesales executives. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching. Set clear KPIs and ensure the team achieves daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement telesales strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and sales objectives. Create and optimize sales scripts and pitches to maximize conversions. Segment customer databases to target different market groups effectively. Lead Generation & ConversionDrive consistent lead generation efforts through inbound and outbound calls. Track leads in CRM (such as Zoho CRM) and ensure timely follow-up. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and special offers. Reporting & Analytics Monitor call quality, conversion ratios, and pipeline movement. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management. Use analytics to refine campaigns and improve ROI. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C customers. Handle escalated customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in telesales/telemarketing (minimum 3–5 years, with at least 2 years in a managerial role). Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Data-driven with the ability to analyze metrics and prepare reports. Ability to motivate and lead a team to exceed sales goals.
