Job Summary

Manager – Tele-Calling


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise tele-calling teams for admissions and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop scripts and communication strategies for effective student engagement.
  • Monitor daily call performance and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Train and mentor tele-calling executives to improve conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams to align tele-calling with institutional goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report tele-calling performance metrics.
