A Varicent Consultant with expertise in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), Sales Performance Management (SPM), and Business Analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of incentives, compensation processes, finance, and stakeholder coordination while working with Varicent and data management tools. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize models/tools for incentive compensation calculations. Analyze and recommend improvements for sales performance management and compensation functions. Gather and document business requirements for incentive and compensation processes. Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing systems and propose solutions. Coordinate with stakeholders, finance teams, and developers to ensure seamless execution. Work with various data management, storage, and reporting tools to support compensation structures. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in finance, incentives, and compensation management. Good knowledge of Varicent ICM, SPM, and related financial systems. Experience in the Telecom domain (preferred). Hands-on experience with Enterprise/ERP systems (Varicent Financial knowledge is a plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive process improvements. Proficiency in databases like Oracle and familiarity with data management tools. Knowledge of Python (added advantage). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
