What a typical day looks like:

Data Analysis: Analyze telecom inventory and billing data; generate actionable reports using Microsoft Excel.
Invoice Management: Validate telecom invoices, resolve vendor and accounts payable queries, and ensure timely payments.
Indirect Procurement: Coordinate renewals and orders for IT hardware, software and support contracts.
Stakeholder Support: Address stakeholder queries with prompt and effective resolution.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts). Strong business communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred knowledge in:
Indirect procurement (IT hardware, software and support contracts) Network services billing
Quick learner with adaptability to handle diverse tasks.
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
Preferred 1 to 2 years of experience.
Indirect procurement – IT Hardware and Software
Invoice Validation – Network and Telecom services
Excel-based reporting and analysis
