Job Description: Sales Telecaller Head Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Telecaller Head to lead our inside sales team and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Pitch Development Develop and continuously refine sales scripts and pitch strategies for different customer segments Analyze call performance data to identify successful techniques and areas for improvement Train team Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales messaging Lead Management Systems Implement and optimize CRM systems for efficient lead tracking and management Establish lead scoring criteria and qualification processes Design lead distribution workflows to maximize conversion rates Create follow-up sequences and nurturing campaigns for different lead types Ensure data quality and maintain accurate lead database Generate lead performance analytics and conversion reports Team Leadership & Development Recruit, hire, and onboard new telecaller team members Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to improve individual performance Set clear performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews Create career development paths and skill enhancement programs Foster a positive, competitive team environment focused on results Reporting & Analytics Develop comprehensive reporting dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics Track key performance indicators including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue per caller Prepare executive reports on team performance, market insights, and growth opportunities Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecasting activities Analyze customer feedback and call recordings to identify improvement areas Operational Excellence Establish quality assurance processes and call monitoring protocols Optimize calling schedules and territory management for maximum efficiency Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback and customer insights Manage team schedules, targets, and resource allocation Required Qualifications Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 5-7 years of sales experience Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams Experience with CRM systems. Strong background in B2B or B2C telecalling operations.
