Unicare Developer is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telesales Relationship Manager to be the primary voice and first point of contact for our potential property buyers. This role is crucial for converting marketing-generated leads into high-quality site visits and ensuring a seamless transition to the field sales team. The manager will be responsible for building immediate rapport, qualifying leads effectively, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients over the phone and through digital correspondence. Key Responsibilities:- 1. Lead Management & Conversion Lead Nurturing: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries for all real estate projects, promptly following up on leads generated from various marketing channels (digital, social media, print). Customer Qualification: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the client's investment objectives, budget, preferred location, and timeline, effectively qualifying them as potential buyers. Product Presentation: Clearly articulate and present the features, benefits, and investment potential of Unicare Developer’s projects and properties, handling objections and questions confidently and professionally. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, focusing on lead qualification rate, call volume, and the number of scheduled, qualified site visits. 2. Relationship & Experience Management Rapport Building: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospects over the phone, ensuring a positive and engaging first impression of the company. Site Visit Coordination: Serve as the crucial bridge between the Marketing and Sales teams by scheduling, confirming, and re-confirming site visits for qualified clients with the Field Sales Executives. Information Delivery: Provide accurate and timely information (e.g., e-brochures, pricing sheets, floor plans, legal documents) to prospects to guide them through the initial stages of their buying journey. 3. Data Management & Reporting CRM Expertise: Diligently and accurately maintain all lead and customer interactions, details, call logs, and progress status in the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on lead status, pipeline activity, call performance, and conversion metrics to the Sales leadership. Feedback Loop: Provide continuous feedback to the Marketing team on lead quality and market response to specific campaigns to optimize lead generation efforts. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in a Telesales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales role, ideally within the Real Estate, Banking, or Financial Services industry. Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening skills, and professional phone etiquette, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively. Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and guide prospects toward the next sales step (site visit). Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software for lead tracking and reporting is mandatory. Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) is required. Attributes: Highly motivated, target-driven, resilient, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
