Telecalling Executive

Pre Sales Executive / Telecaller for Ashar projects - Thane location.

Experience: Min. 6 months / Fresher

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify customer leads, and generate site visits for our real estate projects. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Calling & Qualification

• Call new leads received through marketing campaigns, property portals, and referrals.
  
• Understand customer requirements and check if they meet the project eligibility criteria.
  

2. Site Visit Coordination

• Convince potential customers to schedule a site visit.
  
• Coordinate with the sales team to arrange site visits as per company guidelines.
  
• Work towards weekly and monthly targets for site visits and conversions.
  

3. Call Quality & Customer Engagement

• Follow the calling script and project guidelines accurately.
  
• Maintain clear, polite, and confident communication at all times.
  
• Handle objections and customer queries effectively.
  
• Ensure a professional and customer-focused experience.
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum education:

  12th Pass

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
  
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Telecalling or real estate experience
  
• Local area knowledge (Thane / Mumbai)
  
• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
