Job Description

Telecalling Executive cum Sales Executive (Real Estate Channel Partnership)

No. of Positions Vacant:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote residential and commercial projects.
Handle inbound inquiries, explain property features, and schedule site visits.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and channel networks.
Follow up with leads to ensure smooth progression from inquiry to booking.
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for deal closures.
Maintain accurate client data, call logs, and follow-up reports in CRM systems.
Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing activities to support lead generation.
Provide post-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum
12th pass
; Graduate degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field
preferred.
1 - 3 years
of telecalling or telesales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
; knowledge of regional language is an advantage.
Good understanding of the Pune property market.
Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented with strong negotiation abilities.
Excellent coordination and client-handling skills.
Should be based in
Pune or nearby areas
.
