Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Pune. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and guiding them through the property buying or investment process. Daily tasks include property visits, client meetings, follow-ups, market research, and coordination with builders and other stakeholders. The manager will also handle client queries, negotiate terms, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in real estate consultancy, including property visits and market research
• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions
• Negotiation skills and the ability to handle client queries efficiently
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
