Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Pune. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements, and helping them make informed real estate decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings, property visits, and follow-ups to close deals.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable projects and investment options.
• Coordinate with builders, developers, and internal teams to provide up-to-date project information.
• Negotiate terms and assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in real estate sales or property consulting preferred.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Freshers with a passion for sales and real estate are also welcome to apply.
