Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into enrollments
Promote and sell

to potential learners
Understand customer needs and explain course benefits clearly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain detailed records of leads and interactions
Follow up diligently and handle objections professionally
