Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Make outbound calls to promote products and services. Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication. Meet sales targets and achieve business goals. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer retention. Job Requirements Any graduate degree from a recognized university. Proven experience in telecalling or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with banking products and services is an advantage.
