Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Telecaller to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and parents, providing information about our courses and programs, and guiding them through the admission process. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to inquiries generated through various sources (website, campaigns, walk-ins, etc.). Provide complete and accurate information regarding courses, eligibility, admission procedures, fees, etc. Counsel students/parents over the phone and schedule appointments for in-person counseling or online sessions. Follow up on leads and maintain a database of interested prospects using CRM software or Excel. Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions set by the institution. Maintain polite and professional communication with students, parents, and staff. Assist in coordination during admission events, webinars, or open house programs.
