Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers for various banking services.
Resolve customer queries and issues professionally and promptly.
Meet daily collection targets and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy policies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, collections, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
