Job Description

We are looking for skilled Tele Callers to join our team at the Sister Margaret Foundation, a leading organization in the NGO sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into donations.
Build relationships with existing donors to increase repeat contributions.
Research and identify new funding opportunities through grants and events.
Collaborate with the development team to create persuasive narratives about the impact of donations.
Meet or exceed monthly targets set by management.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with donors and potential donors.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle difficult conversations.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage donor data.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
