Job Description

We are looking for skilled Civil Engineers to join our team at Sister Margaret Foundation, a leading organization in the NGO sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for social services.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop construction projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize project outcomes.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and staff members.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in civil engineering, preferably in an NGO or social services setting.
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with computer-aided design software and other relevant tools.
