Civil Engineer

Job Summary

The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of construction activities at site. The role ensures that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, mark out, and level construction sites in accordance with approved drawings and design specifications.
• Implement and monitor work target plans and work progress schedules.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure optimal labor productivity.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance to the construction team and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Ensure that construction work complies with approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control checks to ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards.
• Manage site resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Maintain site security and safeguard construction assets and materials.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and project requirements.
• Manage and coordinate changes in project scope and construction schedules.
• Prepare and maintain checklists and reports as per working and quality criteria.
