✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
✔️ Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.
✔️ Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Git, Jira, Markdown, or other CMS platforms.
➕ Basic understanding of REST APIs, YAML/JSON, or scripting.
➕ Experience working in Agile or sprint-based product teams.
➕ Exposure to observability and monitoring tools (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, IT automation).
➕ Visual documentation skills (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io, flowcharts/diagrams).
