Job Summary

As a Senior Technical Writer at Irth Solutions, you will play a crucial role in creating clear and comprehensive documentation for our B2B SaaS products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support, to ensure that our documentation meets the needs of both technical and non technical users. The ideal candidate will have a passion for simplifying complex technical concepts and translating them into user-friendly documentation.

Requirements

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Creation-
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, release notes, and API documentation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
  • User- Centric Approach
  • Understand the needs of our diverse user base and create documentation that caters to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create documentation that aligns with the overall user experience.
  • Continuous Improvement-
  • Understand the needs of our diverse user base and create documentation that caters to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Collaboration-
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Customer Support, to gather information and insights for documentation

Skills/Experience

  • Should have 4-6 Years of Relevant Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable documentation.
  • Proficient in using documentation tools and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
