Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for Logile solutions.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to document new features, UI changes, and learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with release timelines.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to draft, refine, and personalize documentation at scale.
  • Support initiatives related to product documentation by developing and testing documentation inputs for consistency and accuracy.
  • Translate and maintain documentation in multiple languages with AI and SME support (e.g., Spanish, Polish).
  • Reduce support tickets and improve CSAT/NPS by ensuring documentation is current, accessible, and actionable.
  • Support internal wiki and centralized knowledge bases.
  • Contribute to measurable improvements in onboarding engagement, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.


Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of writing and editing product documentation for software platforms.
  • Skilled in creating clear, scalable content that improves adoption and reduces support tickets.
  • Strong editing and proofreading abilities with attention to clarity and consistency.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to accelerate content creation.
  • Proven impact on customer satisfaction, onboarding speed, or product engagement.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot documentation gaps and improve user experience.
  • Ability to work in-office in Bhubaneswar, India.
  • Flexibility to work US business hours and collaborate across global teams.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certification in technical writing or content strategy (e.g., Google Tech Writing) is a plus.
