About the Role

Technical Writer

Responsibilities

Work closely with internal teams to gain an in-depth understanding of the product and documentation needs
Produce high-quality documentation that meets industry standards and is tailored to the target audience
Write easy-to-understand UI text, developer guides, and online help resources
Create tutorials to help users navigate and utilize various software applications
Analyze existing content for improvement, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
Develop and maintain a clear information architecture

Tools

Microsoft Office Suite, Markdown/HTML editors, Confluence, Jira, GitHub, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, and other documentation tools

Skills

Proven experience in
technical writing
for software documentation
Strong ability to simplify
complex technical concepts
Exceptional attention to detail and quality
Excellent written communication skills in
English
Working knowledge of the
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
