Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Representative to join our team at Software House World. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
