We are hiring dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives for our Business Loan division in Agra. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in selling unsecured or MSME loans and should be comfortable working in a field-based sales role.
Your key responsibility will be to generate leads, meet potential customers (especially small & medium enterprises), and convert them by offering suitable business loan solutions. Youll be required to maintain strong client relationships, ensure proper documentation, and coordinate with the credit & operations teams for timely processing.This role demands strong communication, negotiation, and field execution skills. Prior experience in NBFCs, Fintech companies, or working under loan DSAs will be an added advantage. Familiarity with the local Agra market is essential.Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential MSME customersConduct field visits and pitch loan productsEnsure document collection & follow-upsMeet monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
2-5 years in loan sales (Business/MSME/Unsecured)Experience in NBFC/Fintech/DSA environment preferredMust own a bike & valid licenseImmediate availability preferred.
