Job Description

Technical Support Representative JD

  • To provide best in class Technical support to customers over Phone.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Follow standard operating procedures & escalate to internal teams for quicker resolution.
  • Document solutions in the form of knowledge base, Tech notes and Articles and help build a robust knowledge base which can be referred in the future.
  • Documenting all troubleshooting performed on the call

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Basic networking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts
  • Graduate or Post Graduate

NOTE: It is a Night shift process. Shift: 3*3 (Rotational), Cab Facility Available both ways.
