As a dynamic TS Sales professional at our company, your role will focus on software sales with expertise in Adobe solutions. You will be responsible for managing inbound sales inquiries, converting leads into customers, and conducting compelling Adobe product demonstrations to prospects and clients. Your efforts will also include executing cross-selling strategies, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and developing a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM. Your key responsibilities will include: - Manage inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers - Conduct compelling Adobe product demonstrations to prospects and clients - Execute cross-selling strategies to maximize account value - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value - Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure client satisfaction - Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts - Understand and articulate technical features and benefits of software solutions - Collaborate with technical teams to address client requirements - Customize product presentations based on client needs and industry verticals - Stay updated on Adobe product updates and new releases - Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other CRM systems - Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and performance indicators - Generate reports on sales activities and pipeline status - Follow established sales processes and methodologies In terms of qualifications, we require the following: - Graduation/Bachelor's degree mandatory (any discipline) - Minimum 1 year of documented sales experience - Prior experience in software/technology sales preferred You should also possess the following technical skills: - Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other CRM platforms - Experience conducting product demonstrations - Understanding of software sales cycles and methodologies - Basic technical aptitude to understand software solutions Your success in this role will be supported by your core competencies, including: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong presentation and demonstration abilities - Cross-selling and upselling expertise - Client retention and relationship management skills - Inbound sales handling experience - Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record Join our team and contribute to our revenue growth by leveraging your sales expertise and technical skills in Adobe solutions.
