Job Title: Technical Support Executive.

Location: Pune

Experience: 1+yrs

Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to join our Customer Support team. You will play a key role in providing technical assistance to customers and field technicians, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of product-related issues, particularly for our BLDC motor-based appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve product inquiries and complaints from customers and technicians via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Utilize technical knowledge in Electrical/Electronics (especially BLDC motors) to troubleshoot and support product-related queries.

Support the technical team in documentation and internal communication.

Prepare and manage reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Develop presentations and process documents using MS PowerPoint.

Coordinate with internal departments for effective issue resolution and process improvement.

Manage support workflows efficiently to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a technical support/customer service role.

Sound understanding of electronic components and systems, especially BLDC motors.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Basic computer and data entry proficiency.

Problem-solving mindset and a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Attributes:

Prior experience in a home appliances or electronics company.

Hands-on exposure to handling customer escalations.

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
