Job Description

About the Role

Were looking for a Customer Support Executive (CSR) to be the main point of contact for our customers.You’ll handle messages, help resolve queries, follow up where needed, and keep things organised behind the scenes.

This role is ideal if you enjoy helping people, coordinating with teams, and keeping systems running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Respond to customer queries on Calls, WhatsApp and email during working hours
Support existing customers, program participants, and post-purchase queries
Share clear and accurate information on orders, timelines, and next steps
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues smoothly
Log customer interactions, follow-ups, and status updates in the our tracking system

What We’re Looking For

Graduate in any discipline
1 year experience in customer support, operations, healthcare, wellness, or D2C is preferred
Basic proficiency in spreadsheets and digital tools
