Shrinithi Insurance Broking is looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide insurance-related support, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls and customer queries professionally
• Assist customers with insurance policy details and services
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up when required
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and polite manner
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Any graduate / 12th pass (depending on your preference)
• Freshers can apply (experience is an added advantage)
• Good communication skills in Tamil & English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn
