  • Lead and mentor a team of service officers to achieve productivity and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with

    KYC, AML, RBI guidelines

    and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth operations.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Handle audits and ensure zero operational loss.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of

    Corporate Banking Operations

    , CMS, Trade Finance, and Digital Banking products.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage high-value HNI/Ultra HNI customer service.
  • Familiarity with compliance and risk management processes.
