Your Impact
As a Technical Solutions Architect - Digital Resilience (SE III), you will play a pivotal role in enabling our customers' digital transformation journeys. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with both account teams and customers to deliver advanced architectural guidance, recommend solutions, and drive business relevance for Cisco's broad portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic engagements, work with cutting-edge technologies, and shape the future of cybersecurity and observability for our clients.
- Serve as a dedicated technical advisor to a key customer, delivering in-depth technical information and design guidance.
- Provide advanced architectural leadership across the Cisco portfolio, including software and services, ensuring alignment with customer business goals.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and specialist teams to develop and propose innovative solutions.
- Lead strategic and complex opportunities, coordinating additional resources as needed to deliver optimal outcomes.
- Mentor, coach, and sponsor talent development, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 15+ years of field technical sales experience (e.g., Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, Solutions Sales Specialist).
- Advanced technical expertise in Cyber Security, Assurance, Observability, and Security Operations.
- Demonstrated experience working with large Financial Services customers.
- Experience formulating and communicating solution visions to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) certification preferred.
- Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a thought leader, mentor, and coach across teams.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align technical solutions with business strategy.
- Self-starter with a track record of driving innovation and achieving results with integrity.
