We are looking for a seasoned Senior Techno-Functional Delivery Head – Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead end-to-end delivery, optimization, and governance of our Dynamics 365 platform. This role combines business leadership with deep technical expertise to drive scalable solutions, adoption, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
• Own delivery of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead solution design, architecture, and integrations (Power Platform, Azure, external systems).
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of consultants and developers.
• Drive adoption, training, governance, and data quality standards.
• Partner with stakeholders and leadership on roadmap, strategy, and innovation.
• Oversee project execution with focus on quality, timelines, and budget.
• 10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, with proven techno-functional and leadership expertise.
• Strong knowledge of sales, service, and marketing processes within Dynamics 365.
• Experience in large-scale implementations, solution architecture, and integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
