Role Description


Summary:

Should have thorough knowledge and understanding of project business handling which includes Identifying potential Project in the specified market and approach Architects, project, clients and other stakeholders. Develop relationships, and promote high end architectural product by providing detail technical information for customers and demonstrating our technical and service expertise for the products we are offering to generate project business in the given market and product portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

• Following up with the leads provided and understand their requirement and also find scope for other products.

• Sourcing potential new customers with accurate market mapping.

• Maintaining regular contact with stakeholders like architects, PMC and clients.

• Visiting Architects and projects to generate new leads.

• Demonstrating technical features and benefits of our products and service we are providing.

• Discussing for their requirements and suggesting on technology upgrades and related products for providing technical solutions to customers we can offer for various requirements.

• Coordinating with design team for design and estimation to submit quotation.

• Follow up with client to Generating purchase orders.

• Keep track with project coordinators to ensure timely execution.

• Keep close follow and get timely payment from clients.

• Maintain updates and knowledge of the company's products and services, as well as keeping up to date on industry trends and competitors.

• Submitting periodical report with detail analysis of the business in line with the set targets and various parameters


Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree preferred form Interior Design, Business Management, or related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in project business, preferably in commercial interior or Building material products.

• Strong understanding about of project business and process.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, project mapping, and email communication.

• Organized, solution-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
