As a Designer & QS at Unient Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility is to create accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings based on project requirements. You will develop Floor plans, Typical, GA/CS drawings, ensuring that all materials specified in the BOQ/BOM are considered and accurately quantified for proposal. It is crucial to maintain design consistency, quality, and adherence to product standards as per OEM guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for producing high-quality renders and 3D visualizations to assist in client approval and project execution. You must ensure that design changes are reflected in updated renders to provide a clear picture for all stakeholders involved. Another key aspect of your role involves preparing techno-commercial proposals based on technical specifications and materials listed in the BOQ/BOM. Your goal is to create competitive, transparent, and profitable proposals for the company with accurate quantification, minimum wastage, and consideration of attic stock. Furthermore, you will be required to align the BOQ/BOM with the design, verify technical parameters, and ensure quality assurance by confirming that all materials meet the technical requirements outlined in the design documents and OEM's technical specifications. In addition to the above tasks, you will coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for pricing, maintain price lists, delivery schedules, and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with project needs while maintaining margins. It is essential to verify the availability and lead times of materials from OEMs to prevent project delays. Moreover, you will be responsible for inventory management, collaborating with the procurement team to track orders, prevent material shortages, and ensure the correct procurement of products. Regular coordination with clients, procurement, and project teams is essential to ensure a smooth transition from the design phase to procurement and installation.
