Job Description

As a Technical Sales & Solutions Specialist at our company located in Hyderabad (On-site/Hybrid), your role will involve explaining GrowStack.ai clearly, conducting winning demos, and collaborating with Customer Support, Services, and Solutions to convert prospects into satisfied long-term customers. If you have the ability to translate intricate AI workflows into concise business value, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. **Role Overview:** - **Sales (60%):** - Lead discovery to identify pain points, map stakeholders, and quantify impact. - Conduct high-conviction demos of GrowStack.ai (AI Agents, Automation Hub, AI Studio), communicate in customer language, and address objections with data. - Develop business cases including ROI/TCO models, proposals, pricing, and commercial negotiations. - Manage the deal process in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) by outlining next steps, MEDDICC/BANT notes, close plans, and accurate forecasting. - **Solutions & Services (25%):** - Collaborate with our Solutions/Services teams to co-create solution designs such as workflows, integrations (CRM, marketing tools, webhooks, APIs), data flows, and SLAs. - Prepare SoWs, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; ensure seamless handoffs from sales to delivery. - Execute pilot/POC playbooks with clear hypotheses, success gates, and timelines. - **Customer Support & Success (15%):** - Participate in key onboarding calls; translate requirements into tickets/plays for Support and Services. - Handle issues with empathy; work towards resolution with engineering/CS. - Provide feedback loop by capturing product gaps, logging feature requests, and presenting insights for enhanced retention and expansion. **Qualification Required:** - Exceptional communication skills (spoken + written) with a customer-first approach; adept at creating excellent slides/assets. - Proficiency in demo storytelling: capable of tailoring flows for different personas (Founder, CMO, Head of Sales/Ops). - Strong technical aptitude: comfortable with APIs, webhooks, CRM/marketing integrations, data enrichment, and AI/automation concepts. - Commercial acumen: skilled in discovery, qualification, objection handling, negotiation, and value engineering. - Process discipline: maintain rigorous notes, next steps, and dependable forecasting. **Additional Details:** You will be working in a startup-paced environment with high ownership, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Services, Solutions, and Product teams. You can expect clear goals, rapid feedback, and ample opportunities for professional growth. Kindly note that hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot/Salesforce, Gong, Loom, Notion/Jira, Intercom/Zendesk, familiarity with Clay, Apollo, SES/Mailchimp/Instantly, and knowledge in B2B SaaS/MarTech/AI will be considered as nice-to-have skills. Your success will be measured based on metrics such as pipeline created & win rate, POC/Onboarding time-to-value, NRR/expansion signals, CSAT on your accounts, and the quality of discovery notes, proposals, and handoffs.
