Job Title: Associate Product Manager – Workflows (Hands-On Tech Focus)

Reports To: Head of Solutions

Compensation: ₹3,60,000/year (fixed) + Up to ₹1,20,000/year performance bonus (annual)

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad for an Associate Product Manager – Workflows. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, GTM, and RevOps to ship automation flows that solve real business problems. From discovery to delivery, you’ll drive execution on agent-powered workflows used across the full GTM funnel.

What You’ll Do:

Discovery, Research & Planning

• Analyze customer pain points, usage data, and workflow gaps
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking
• Evaluate tools, APIs, and integrations to enhance automation

Workflow Design & Technical Execution

• Break complex workflows into functional, modular steps
• Design end-to-end flows using AI agents, APIs, and low-code tools
• Write clear PRDs with edge cases, API specs, and data flows
• Rapidly prototype (Next.js, Node.js, or low-code) to validate ideas
• Coordinate with engineering to unblock, refine, and scope features

Roadmap & Delivery

• Prioritize features by impact, feasibility, and GTM alignment
• Contribute to product roadmap and manage release readiness
• Run sprint rituals, maintain backlog hygiene, and track progress
• Define success metrics, run A/B tests, and iterate post-release

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Sync daily with Design, Engineering, RevOps, and GTM teams
• Handoff features to services with documentation and FAQs
• Drive beta programs, user validation, and usability jams
• Champion quality, security, and privacy standards

Who You Are

• 2–5 yrs in product/tech (startup pace preferred) OR MBA/fellow with hands-on product exposure
• Strong analytical, structured thinker who’s comfortable owning ambiguity
• Experience with market research, APIs, low-code, or prototyping tools (Figma, Postman, Notion, etc.)
• Excellent communicator—can simplify complexity across tech and GTM teams
• Portfolio or case study showcasing your product thought process
• Passionate about tech, automation, AI, and GTM systems
• Bonus: Experience with SaaS, LLMs, GTM stacks (SFDC, HubSpot, Segment)

• Workflows deployed with <5-minute time-to-first-value
• 70%+ of repetitive GTM tasks handled by AI agents and workflows
• 5+ workflow production pushes/month with <2% rollback
• Each major iteration shows direct lift in ARR or drop in CAC for customers
