GTM Campaign Specialist – Outreach & Customer Success (2+ Years Experience)

About the Role:

At Growstack, we’re redefining how GTM workflows are automated for high-growth startups and SMBs. We’re looking for a GTM Campaign Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in outbound marketing, ICP identification, and customer success.

In this role, you will work directly with customers to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), run LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns, and own campaign success end-to-end using tools like Apollo, Bombora, Levo, Instantly, and our in-house AI systems. You will lead client onboarding, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to define and refine ICPs
• Design, launch, and optimize email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle: onboarding, execution, support, and reporting
• Execute campaigns using tools like Apollo, Bombora, Levo, Instantly, and internal AI systems
• Track campaign metrics and provide insights to maximize outcomes
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure campaign success and customer satisfaction
• Act as the primary point of contact for multiple clients

Skills & Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound marketing or campaign execution
• Strong understanding of GTM workflows, email marketing, and LinkedIn automation
• Proficiency in tools like Apollo, Bombora, Levo, Instantly (or similar)
• Experience with flat file structures and AI-based outreach assistants
• Solid grasp of ICP discovery, data segmentation, and personalized outreach
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Prior experience in customer success or client-facing roles is a plus

Work Mode:

• Location: Hyderabad Office
• Working Days: 6 days a week (initially)
• CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹6 LPA (based on experience and skillset)
