Canva Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Canva Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually engaging content. From social media creatives to marketing decks and campaign visuals — your designs will help shape the voice and identity of our brand.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment, enjoys collaborative brainstorming, and knows how to turn concepts into clean, scroll-stopping visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design compelling creatives for social media, presentations, email campaigns, and digital ads
• Create, maintain, and optimize branded Canva templates
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
• Turn around designs quickly while maintaining high quality
• (Bonus) Add simple animations and visual effects using Canva

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience using Canva for professional design work
• Strong portfolio of Canva-based designs (attach or link during application)
• Solid understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color theory, and branding
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Open to feedback, team collaboration, and experimentation

Good to Have:

• Basic video editing or animation skills in Canva
• Experience designing for LinkedIn, Instagram, or ad campaigns
• Prior work in a startup or agency environment

Compensation:

• ₹10,000/month (Remote)
