We are seeking a Demo Engineer with experience in creating impressive product demo content.This person will be hands-on in understanding product functionality, industry requirements and creating demo content in response to RFXs to demonstrate product capabilities. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales process by leveraging their deep solution selling expertise in enterprise product domain to craft compelling solutions deliver impactful demonstrations, and secure customer confidence. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, customer-facing skills, and strategic thinking to drive successful sales outcomes. Career Level - IC4 Key Responsibilities: Create compelling, easy-to-understand demo videos and product walkthroughs for CRM products, catering todiverse enterprise stakeholders Translate business requirements into solution blueprints and demo scenarios that clearly articulate how our product addresses specific customer pain points. Collaborate with product managers, solution engineers, and marketing teams to script and storyboard demo content.Understand complex enterprise workflows and translate them into engaging visual narratives. Record and edit high-quality screen recordings, voiceovers, and overlays using professional video editing tools. Ensure demos are tailored for specific use cases, verticals, or audience segments as needed (e.g., decision-makers, end-users, partners). Wherever required, contribute to RFP/RFI responses by delivering customized product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and solution walkthroughs. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in creating and editing product demos, preferably for enterprise software or B2B SaaS. Proficient in crafting and delivering tailored demos that connect product features with real business value. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro) and screen recording tools (e.g., Loom, OBS Studio, Snagit). Strong understanding of selling to enterprise customers and challenges. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to simplify technical concepts fordiverse audience from technical engineers to business leads, and to leadership. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, field and marketing) Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual and brand consistency. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with UX/UI tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Strong understanding of enterprise application flows (e.g., CRM, workflow automation, analytics platforms). Background in enterprise sales engineering or product marketing. Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Engineering, or a related field.
