Job Title: Sales Engineer Location: Raipur Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by developing technical proposals, conducting site assessments, and offering customized solutions based on project and product expertise. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage projects, develop sales strategies, and conduct market analysis to ensure sustainable growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:1. Proposal Development & Pre-Sales SupportPrepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide accurate and feasible solutions.. 2. Site Assessment & Technical ConsultationConduct site visits to assess technical requirements and constraints. Perform feasibility studies and suggest suitable products or solutions. 3. Sales Strategy & Business Development Identify new business opportunities and key target markets. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication. 4. Product & Project Knowledge Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and applications. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams. Manage end-to-end project execution in coordination with stakeholders. 5. Marketing Analysis & Competitor StudyAnalyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings. Provide strategic inputs to the marketing and sales teams. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events as required. 6. Project ManagementTrack project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or related field). 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or project-based selling. Strong knowledge of project management, sales lifecycle, and B2B sales. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed for site visits and client meetings.
