Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager to drive corporate and institutional sales for our range of electrical, hardware, and safety products. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development, negotiation, and presentation skills with proven success in managing high-value client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and convert potential corporate and institutional clients.

Conduct impactful product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.

Generate new business leads through contractors, builders, and corporate connections.

Manage end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and payment collection.

Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure excellent CRM practices.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and client satisfaction.

Possess a basic understanding of government tendering processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Corporate/Institutional/Project Sales in Electrical, Hardware, or related industries.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Confident in interacting with senior management officials and decision-makers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
