Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, leveraging technical expertise to meet customer needs, and fostering strong client relationships. This role specifically focuses on the sale of electrical switchgear products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions for electrical switchgear products.
• Present and demonstrate product features to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the electrical switchgear product line and its applications.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred or related field).
• 1-2 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role, preferably in electrical switchgear products.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as required.
