Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Support Engineer – Costing to support our sales team by preparing accurate cost estimates and proposals for electrical switchgear products. The ideal candidate will have a technical background with a strong interest in sales and commercial aspects of engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team by preparing costing and pricing for electrical switchgear products.
• Study technical drawings, specifications, and requirements to create accurate cost estimations.
• Coordinate with vendors and procurement team to gather pricing and lead time information.
• Maintain and update costing databases and pricing tools.
• Support in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial documents.
• Collaborate with design, production, and project teams to ensure costing accuracy and feasibility.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in pre-sales activities.
• Maintain records of all proposals, pricing structures, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in inside sales/support, preferably in electrical or switchgear domain.
• Basic knowledge of electrical switchgear components (MCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, Panels, etc.) is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
