Roles and Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for heat exchangers, including material takeoff from drawings and vendor negotiation. Manage estimation activities such as rate analysis, tender preparation, proposal management, and bid evaluation. Conduct quantity surveying and contractor billing for mechanical projects. Develop expertise in estimating various types of heat exchangers (air cooled, water cooled, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate costing and timely project delivery. Estimation of Static Equipments (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc) as per the requirement of codes and Client’s specification Cost analysis as per the Company Guidelines. Familiar with standards and materials Careful study of process licensors data sheet, material specifications & drawings To build relationships with internal customers and external suppliers and vendors and manage a regular correspondence for quantities, cost and specification Floating of enquiries to vendor for material quotes Prepare cost summary and technical offer Preparing & submitting of proposals, follow-up & correspondence with parties to convert submitted offers into orders. Preliminary Mechanical design of Static Equipment Negotiation with vendor along with procurement team to get best material costs in pre-order stage Desired Candidate Profile 7-12 years of experience in Cost Estimation & Quantity Surveying with a focus on Heat Exchanger Estimation. Strong understanding of industrialization processes and ability to apply knowledge effectively.

Role & responsibilities - Office management tasks - Travel Booking - Supervise and manage housekeeping services - Provide general administrative support to the management team as required Must have knowledge of MS office - Good with Power point presentation. Making travel arrangements, bookings, diary & calendar management. Should know flight booking (domestic & international), web check-in, hotel bookings. Preferred candidate profile -Female candidate with a min 2+ years of experience in an administrative role -Experience in the manufacturing industry will be considered an added advantage -Any graduate with Good Typing skills and Excellent Communication skills

1)Well exposed with Surface treatment requirements of Painting, Blasting, Pickling passivation etc. 2)Responsible for studying the paint specifications of the projects and indenting 3)Ensure Paints are ordered as per Approved Specs/Makes And received as per the ordered specifications 4)Ensure Technical co-ordination with Paint Manufacturers for ensuring the Right Quality , and getting the same done through contractors 5)Preparation of painting procedures , approvals and ensuring quality of painting as per the project requirements 6)Responsible to improve Paint Quality and minimize paint wastage 7)Proper storage of Paints , accessories and Maintenance of Assets as per the Safety standards 8)Ensuring the Right Methodology for Surface Treatment as per Safety Standards as well as ISO , OHSAS standards 9)Co-ordination with Manufacturing, Planning, QC to execute activities on time. 10)Train workmen in-order to ensure all Safety and Quality requirements are Adhered
