This is a full-time hybrid role located in Chennai, Readiness to travel cross India, A Technical Sales Engineer bridges sales and technology, explaining complex products to clients, identifying needs, providing demos, and creating solutions that meet business goals, often involving pre-sales support, post-sales training, and collaboration with engineering teams to translate technical features into customer benefits. Key responsibilities include delivering technical presentations, understanding customer requirements, developing proposals, supporting sales strategy, and building long-term client relationships
Identify customer needs, build relationships, provide technical expertise, and offer pre/post-sales support.
Maintain deep knowledge of products/services, explain complex technical details, and translate features into business value.
Prepare and give technical presentations/demos, develop proposals, assist with contracts, and meet sales targets.
Work with engineering, product, and sales teams to tailor solutions and provide feedback.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
