Key responsibilities include delivering technical presentations, understanding customer requirements, developing proposals, supporting sales strategy, and building long-term client relationships Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Identify customer needs, build relationships, provide technical expertise, and offer pre/post-sales support. Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of products/services, explain complex technical details, and translate features into business value. Sales Support: Prepare and give technical presentations/demos, develop proposals, assist with contracts, and meet sales targets. Internal Collaboration: Work with engineering, product, and sales teams to tailor solutions and provide feedback.
