Job Description

Access Control & Surveillance: Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, vehicles, and contractors. Supervise and operate CCTV, biometric systems, and other electronic security equipment. Patrolling & Monitoring: Conduct routine patrolling of the plant, perimeter, and sensitive areas. Identify and report suspicious activities or security breaches. Incident Management: Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents as per standard operating procedures. Assist in initial investigation and documentation of security breaches or accidents. Coordination & Supervision: Supervise security guards and ensure their adherence to duty schedules. Coordinate with local police/fire departments when needed. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily security logs and prepare incident reports. Assist in maintaining visitor records, gate passes, and movement registers. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols as per factory and government norms. Assist in fire drills, evacuation plans, and other safety training sessions.
