Location: Kauvery Hospital – Alwarpet

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Security Officer to support the overall security, safety, and emergency preparedness of Kauvery Hospital, Alwarpet. The role involves ensuring a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff while maintaining compliance with hospital-specific safety protocols and statutory norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day security operations, including monitoring entry/exit points, patrolling, and overseeing security staff.
• Enforce hospital safety protocols, including infection control, fire safety, patient movement guidelines, and access control policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms as per NABH standards, local regulations, and hospital policies.
• Assist in conducting regular safety audits, hazard assessments, and risk mitigation activities within the facility.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures including fire drills, evacuation plans, and disaster management protocols.
• Monitor CCTV operations and ensure timely reporting of safety or security incidents.
• Train and guide security personnel on hospital security procedures, patient-handling protocols, and communication standards.
• Support management with incident reporting, documentation, and record maintenance.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure safe patient transfers, VIP movements, and crowd management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate with experience in security operations, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
• Knowledge of hospital safety protocols, fire safety norms, and emergency response procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
