Assistant Security Officer

• Manage entry/exit points, check IDs, authorize access to restricted areas, and control key issuance.
• Act as first responder for fires, medical incidents, disturbances, and terrorist threats, implementing hotel procedures.
• Investigate incidents, document observations, write detailed reports, and follow up on guest/staff complaints.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolve conflicts, de-escalate situations, and offer directions/help.
• Assist in training staff on safety protocols, fire procedures, and security awareness; ensure adherence to laws.
• Keep superiors informed, prepare logs, and liaise with other departments and law enforcement.
• Strong communication, customer service, empathy, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent surveillance, attention to detail, and ability to recognize threats.
• Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, alarms) and reporting software.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts, lift, and run if needed.
• Understanding of local laws, fire codes, and hotel security policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
