Operate and manage Genetec and CCURE 9000 platforms for real-time security monitoring. Respond to alarms and incidents, ensuring timely escalation and effective resolution. Maintain accurate event logs and incident reports with attention to detail. Provide command, communication, and control during critical events and emergencies. Liaise with internal stakeholders, emergency responders, and law enforcement when required. Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with policies and regulatory standards. Skills & Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in a Command Center/SOC environment. Hands-on experience with Genetec Security Center and CCURE 9000 access control systems. Strong understanding of incident management and emergency response protocols. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
